GOVT Emmons County WTP

This project consisted of the construction of a 120’ x 130’ reinforced concrete and precast concrete building and the installation of process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems for a new 2085 gpm capacity water treatment facility.

Items of work included earthwork and steel reinforced concrete construction associated with footings, basin walls, floors, columns, floor slabs, site piping; erection of precast concrete wall and roof panels for the building superstructure; interior office and laboratory spaces; installation of process piping, fiber glass reinforced plastic tanks, transfer pumps, vertical turbine pumps, centrifugal pumps, chemical feed systems, process tanks, ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis membrane equipment, membrane cleaning systems, instrumentation, compressed air system, ozone equipment, and all related appurtenances; 600kW backup generator, evaporator ponds, and gravel surfacing.
