This project consisted of a complex of 5 buildings to include a Corporate Center/Operations Center (Approx. 75,000 SF), an Electrical Shops/Warehouse Building (Approx. 85,000 SF), and an Equipment Storage Building (Approx. 87,000 SF). Along with the buildings, there are storm water detention ponds, a small lift station, parking lots, decorative fencing, site utilities, and equipment laydown yards.
Notable items of work include: designated tornado shelter, drilled piers, geothermal wells, emergency lockdown security systems, a completely redundant HVAC and electrical system. Other items include two operations redundant HVAC and electrical system. Other items include two operations centers with raised panel flooring, fire detection systems, intrusion detection, access control systems, and backup generators.
Interior finishes included all flooring, wall finishes, decorative glass panels, interior lighting, directional signage, emergency exit lighting, doors, windows, etc.
Site paving concrete consists of 7,100 CY, total foundation/slab concrete consists of 8,077 CY, precast rebar exceeds 157 tons, precast concrete consists of 3,600 CY, total foundation/slab rebar exceeds 315 tons, underground utilities (water, sanitary and storm) consists of 16,000 (just over 3 miles), total interior piping for mechanical system is 173,700 feet (almost 33 miles), total exterior piping for geothermal system is 425,200 feet (over 80 miles), total pound of ductwork for HVAC is over 131 tons. The 25% solution of prylen glycol in heating/chilled/geothermal system is 56,000 gallons.
